You'll want to try and only add the dressing to the salad you think you will eat, otherwise, it won't store very well. If you have leftover fuji salad mix store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You'll want to store any leftover dressing in a separate container to keep the salad fresh and crisp.
